I had operation ten months ago. After the procedure I had serious pains in my chests. My ribs were broken among other things so I had difficulties. I have been complaining to the doctor about those pains and he gave me Tramadol. I have been taking it for 10 months 300 mg daily. I am trying to stop taking it now. But I have problem now. I have stop taking it last week, and the last few nights I couldnt sleep. Is it from drug and what to do?

Yes it is common problem with tramadol withdrawal. I had gone down that road. It is happening because drugs like tramadol works by stopping brain of producing endorphin. It will have to pass some time until your body gets back to normal function. Try to walk or jog in the evening and in the morning. That can help. Hold on it will go away.
