Hello, I need some help. My brother is 54 years old and it seems like he is having some anxiety and depression problems. Some friends of his told him that he might be having a Gulf War syndrome. He really did participate is some military actions but it was long time ago. So, can you tell me something about treating anxiety and depression in Gulf War syndrome?

Unfortunately, your brother is not the only soldier that has been suffering from that syndrome. Actually, more and more soldiers and veterans complain about some mental problems and issues. I assume that the symptoms you have mentioned are easily treatable with regular meds for those conditions, but the problem is the syndrome itself. Perhaps some group therapy sessions might be helpful.
