Treatment for foot stress fracture

Hello, I am 27 years old and I have a bit of embarrassing problem. I have foot stress fracture. The funny part is I practice martial arts almost every day and nothing ever happens to me during those hard exercises, but couple of days ago, when I was coming home, I simply fell on the stairs and hurt my foot. Anyway, what would be the best treatment for my status?

Well, since you are using a term “foot stress fracture” I guess you have already visited a doctor and got several advices. I will tell you that your broken bone has probably been under a lot of stress lately and just a minor stress caused it to break. It could have happened on the next training practice. There is no bandaging for this type of injury, because of its location, just rest that foot a lot.
