Hello,
I am 18 years old and have a question. I went to the gyn the first time in my life and she discovered polip on my left ovary. She said that the polip is so big 1 inch), that the only treatment for polip removal is laparoscopy. I don’t want to doubt her professionalism, but does anyone know any other treatment for polip removal?

There is no other treatment for polip removal. The only other treatment for polip removal is the natural way- with your period. But since your polip is that big, laparoscopy is the only treatment for polip removal.
Don’t worry, I had the same experience. The operation is not painful- you’ll spent 2 days in hospital… But as I said this polip is too big to be removed by itself, so the only treatment for polip removal is this little and not painful operation.
