Hello there, I am a guy who is 18 years old and I would like to know more about triathlon. I heard that this is pretty tough sport and I would like to know what that is all about. How tough can it be? What kind of training it is required to be ready to compete? Thank you in advance.

Hello, I am glad that you asked. This is pretty hard sport and this is actually 3 sports in one. First you swim, then you ride a bicycle and in the end you have to run in a pretty long course. You have to try it to know what I am talking about. The great achievement is to simply finish the race. If you manage to be good you must consider yourself lucky. This is not an attractive sport and it certainly isn’t for just anyone. If you are mentally strong, you have a chance to be good enough to compete. Otherwise, you are wasting valuable time. I hope that you are pleased with an answer. All the best for you.
