A week ago I took a bit of a nasty fall and broke my right side pelvis/hip, the doctor said it just needed some healing time. The pain is almost gone, however i have no ability to lift weight with my left tricep.

At first i thought nerve damage, but there is no pain, tingling sensations, or numbness, just a total loss of strength and I am unable to flex the muscle.

Any idea on what this may be?
