I took Trim Spa last year(late spring/early summer) for a short time and had some good results with it.
I was not on any meds and had no health problems at the time.
Then I had a tummy tuck/breast reduction in december '05 I had a "bad reaction" to the stitches and some of my wounds opened up and I had crap leaking out yuck! and January 6th I had a blood clot in my right lung and was hospitalized for a week, I have been taking Coumadin and will most likely get off it in August.
Well my scars are healed and I will have to get a revision(afraid) because they are uneven, indented, thick, hard, and raised in areas.
I also have a gene mutation, C677T, they said it is related to deficency of Vitamin B and Folic Acid production, I'm not sure if its the actual mther gene because they said I dont have the A12986 mutation.
My questions are as follows;
1. Is it dangerous to take Trim Spa while on coumadin?
2. When off of the coumadin how long should I wait to start Trim Spa again, if it is unsafe to take together?
3. Has Coumandin been linked to blood clots?
I know Green Tea and Vitamin K are taboo in large amounts with Coumadin, but does any one have anyother info.
