Hi, Trimspa helped me lose 35 pounds, so it worked for me. However, I know some people that are not satisfied. They say that there have been no confirmed studies on these pills regarding weight loss or safety. Trimspa includes “fat-blocker,”a “thermogenic herbal” component and a “carbohydrate blocker”. These pills can have serious side effects and allergic reastions, so read the instructions very careful before using. For example, one of the suplements is from shellfish, and many people are deadly allergic to it. It also contais coffeine, so if you’re sensitive to it, better take smaller dose, or don’t take it at all. I was lucky that I didn’t have any side effects, but now as I know how it works, I’m not shure I would use it again.
