Well, welcome to the club! I did a little “cruise” around this site and noticed hundreds of people with the exactly same problem! None of them got reply from Trimbia companies.
I have an email address of - globalcare@ifsap.com for International Fulfilment services. I have not tried it as yet, but will be contacting them soon to try and get a refund. Have taken one tab and have put on weight.
