I am a twelve year old male and, when I wank off(I've been doing it since I was nine,)I produce Pre-cum...but I never shoot out Sperm. Is it because I quit wanking off after I have my orgasm? Sadly enough, I do have wide sexual knowledge yet I'm not even sure what I feel is an orgasam. I have tried masterbating With viberators since my arm gets tired with my hand but, when I have my "orgasam", If I continue to masterbate, I get severe prostate pain...Sadly enough, I sometimes have small amounts of Blood in my urine( So small, It can only be seen under a Microscope.)Though It has been years since I had blood in my urine although it has Hurt to piss as of late. Anyway, I'm pretty sure I have no prostate issues so tell me, What can I do to produce REAL Genuine Sperm? Also, is it normal to have prostate pain when masterbating with a vibrator after orgasm?

At age 12, depending how far along you are with puberty, you may not be able to produce a substantial amount of ejaculate yet. I wouldn't worry about it to be honest. (i know, not the answer you wanted) It will happen when it happens. It is very unlikely that you are experiencing prostate problems at age 12. Usually after an orgasm, continued stimulation causes an unpleasant feeling.
So, to directly answer your direct questions:
To produce 'real genuine sperm', you should stay physically active. Play sports, help out around the house (lawnmowing etc), and eat a healthy diet. I know I must sound like a parent here, but it will honestly help your body to mature in a natural way. Doing physical activities will trigger your body to make hormones that can help you reach your goal.
As for the prostate pain..
Depending on the intensity of an orgasm, you may experience a varying degree of the unpleasant feeling afterwards. It is also worth mentioning that masterbating too often can make this feeling a bit worse. Looking back at myself age 12/13, I can remember wondering about some of the same things you are. If I remember correctly, the pain, for the most part went away after age 14/15 once the plumbing was all matured.
