Trying to get pregnant with endo

My husband and I are trying to get pregnant, but we are having no luck. Everyone is telling me to do the ovulation cycle thing, but the problem with that is I dont have periods very often so it is impossible to tell how my cycle works. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and polycystic ovarian disease in March of 06 and I had a laproscopy right after that. After that my OB put me on Lupron Depot to help with the endo. The Lupron treatment was supposed to last 6 months but the side effects were so bad I stopped after 3. I havent had a period since before I started the shot in April. I stopped the shot in August and it is now November... No period. This isnt unusual. Before I was diagnosed, my periods were becoming increasingly far apart. First I would skip a month, then two and three...etc. The longest it went in between a period was 8 months. My OB said it was because of the endo. I am off the medicine now and my husband and I have been trying for 3 months, but I still havent had a period. I dont know what to do.

I'm not sure about pregnancy but I had a laproscopic procedure in November. I took Lupron shots for 6 months. It was rough. Hot flashes, mood swings and vaginal dryness was rough. I also gained about 30 pounds. I just tried to keep a positive mind set and think about improving this situation. I hope the treatment allows me to become pregnant someday. In the meantime, I will stay away from hormone treated foods, exercise and watch my ovulation so that when Im ready to get pregnant it will work.
