Tubes tied and getting breast leakage

In 2001, after I gave birth to my daughter by C-section and had my tubes tied. Now,I noticed the other day that on one breast , and I assume one gland ,leaks.The reason I say one gland is because it is only one little drop that comes out a creamy color yellow out of one duct. What could be causing this...Could I possibly be pregnant? I have heard that pregnancy is possible with tubal ligation,...but doesn't that also carry a risk of Ectopic pregnancy?
My period is like clockwork....and a few days before I start, I get cramps and my cramps continue until the 2 or 3rd day of my menstral cycle. I started cramping 2 days ago and all of a sudden...cramps are gone. I should have started yesterday....and today nothing yet? I'm beginning to worry....please let me know your opinion?

Well, pregnancy after tubal is possible is tubal didn't work well.
Why don't you have a HPT to see what it shows> If you are not pregnant, and if the discharge continues you should see a doc. It could be some breast/nipple infection or increased prolactin levels.

i would see my doctor to rule out any symptoms of breast cancer. please don't be frightened or stressed by this but i have heard of a friend who had a yellow discharge. she was a much older lady and the discharge was quite heavy.
