Please help me as I have been urinating semen. Also, I have noticed that I don’t ejaculate as much sperm as I did before during an orgasm. Can these two things be related?
Yes, they can be related and they are. It is called retrograde ejaculation. I also suffer from it. Instead of going to urethra, your sperm ends up in bladder and is being thrown out with urination. Do you suffer from diabetes? People who suffer from diabetes are at higher risk of developing this problem. Mine was caused by some high blood pressure medicines. The prognosis depend on the factors that caused retrograde. If it were drugs, then it will go away on its own, if caused by diabetes or a surgery, it is highly unlikely to be treated.
