UTI symptoms since beginning of June and completed 500 mg Amoxil for 8 days

I had unprotected anal sex in the beginning of June. Shortly afterwards, I began experiencing UTI-like symptoms. I was tested for all STD's and all came back negative. The clinic treated me with Azithromycin because they thought it might be Chlamydia, but wasn't showing in the test.

I still had the symptoms but have no health insurance and am trying to avoid a visit to the doctor. I obtained Amoxil 500 mg per advice from others with the same symptoms. I have completed the course of antibiotics and the symptoms are still present. I tested my urine with an at home kit and it shows positive for white blood cells but not nitrites.

I really cannot afford a doctor. I am not employed and have no health insurance. What would be the best medication for this scenario? Please advise.
