I'm 18 yrs old and have never in my life had even the slighest nosebleed. I thought that maybe since I was outside in the snow for awhile today that maybe after coming back inside my nose was just dry. But cold weather has never caused this before, and it wasn't until 4-5 hours later that my nose just spontaneously started bleeding. I'm worried that it may be something more serious. ~Erica
