Unclear ticklish feeling after sex

I Had sex with this girl & the next day I started to feel a burning sensation when I pee and my urethra also becomes ticklish when I touch it. It's been a month now I notice a tiny white discharge when I hold & squeeze my penis. Can you give me a diagnoses of this problem & how I can go & get over-the counter medication.

Nobody should and would give you a diagnosis over the internet. People can advise you and this is exactly what I am going to do. Only a doctor can determine a diagnosis following an examination and certain tests if necessary.

You said that you started feeling burning sensation the very next day. It usually takes a few days to experience any symptoms even if you contracted anything but who knows what happened!

If your discharge is clear (called pre-cum), then it could be the normal male discharge. If it is really white, then it is usually a sign of some kind of an infection. There are many things that could cause an infection in the urinary tract.

It could be regular gastrointestinal bacteria (especially if you’ve been in/around the anus) that ended up in your urinary tract, it could be sexually transmitted bacteria, it could be a virus or another microorganism. To know for sure, you need to have urinalyses done. Only after a test(s), you can get a proper medication!
