I've been having problems going to the toilet and finding it difficult to make bowel movements occur, sometimes I really have to push hard and this has been this way for roughly 2 months. At first I thought it was just a phase, but I only go to the toilet to defecate on average of 2-3 times a week. This is becoming very uncomfortable as you may be able to guess.
