Hi,
my name is ramon and I'm 33 years old and I have notice that the last 6 months my skin under the eye has become very dry... I do not smoke, and I drink enough water during the day and I have always put some eye cream on and nothing has any effect... the area around the eye still dry, even whe I put sun screen on it become even more evident because it is dry it become shiny and scaly like...
