Undergoing subacromial bursectomy of the shoulder!

Hello, I am 40 years old and it looks like my left arm and left torso were somehow damaged. I am not even sure when and how this happened, but the doctors already scheduled a surgery for the next week. I will be undergoing subacromial bursectomy of the shoulder. Do you know anything about it?

I wouldn’t know a thing about it if my friend did not have the same procedure done on his rotator cuff. It looks like subacromial bursectomy is actually bursa sac removing. Bursa sac is used as a cushion on spots where the pressure is applied in the body and it is filled with fluid. Anyway, my friend is ok now so I guess you will be too.
