Unexpected Weight Loss

I've been taking plaquenil for lupus profungus and I have lost a considerable amount of weight and continue to lose weight (Currently 104 lbs from regular 125 lbs.) I don't know if the weight loss is due to the lupus or is a side effect of the plaquenil. I'd like to gain my weight back and no matter how much I eat or increase my calorie intake I cannot gain any weight. Do you have any suggestions of how I can gain about 20 to 25 lbs?
