Unexplained symptoms, can it be wegener's granulomatosis?

I need some information about wegener's granulomatosis. I’m worried a lot because my girlfriend maybe has this illness. I hope that it’s not a truth because I know that it’s very dangerous disease. Doctor said that she has unexplained symptoms and he isn’t sure yet about it. Can it be wegener's granulomatosis?

Wegener's granulomatosis is usually only suspected when a patient has had unexplained symptoms for a long period of time. Because unexplained constitutional symptoms are often part of the initial presentation. Fever and weight loss may be reported at the onset of the disease and more frequently during the course of the illness.
