I am a male, 16, I've first noticed i had these tiny small pink spots between my left leg and my scrotum. At first i thought i just got bite by a bug so I didnt do anything for a week or so. It started to itch and i scratched. After a few days it grew, more bumps and all that. Now it has expanded to my scrotum and it's becoming more itchy as the days go by. It's also small portions strange skin seems to like be falling off the areas i've scratched. I am pretty sure its not STDs or anything like that because i have never had any sexual intercourse or anything like that yet.

Hi there! Your pink spots sound like some kind of rash or a skin irritation to an irritant, probably nothing to worry about. They don’t even sound like an STD.

I once got similar spots all over my hands and legs because I was too nervous and stressed about something. When I decided to go and see a doctor, they disappeared.

If I were you, I would buy hydrocortisone cream and apply to the area for a few days. This drug should take care of the inflammation of any kind like the swelling, redness and even pain. This drug could even treat some severe allergies, so you may wanna try with it.
Follow the instructions on how to use it, and if the spots don’t go away, see a GP or a dermatologist then.
