Hello my and my girlfriend never use protection during vaginal sex but always during anal. Are there any additional risks for unprotected anal sex such as e coli or anything else? Please help!
The risk of transmitting an STD is increased, but in your case this doesn't seem to be a concern. Assuming you're healthy, I don't think you'll have any problems with unprotected anal with your girlfriend, but do not go from anal to vaginal. This could give your girlfriend an infection. I would consider a condom a good idea for anal, anyway, just for cleanliness reasons.
