Unprotected Sex, Brown spotting on and off for four days

I started taking the pill on the 14th of January which is a Monday, the pharmacy was closed on Sunday so I doubled up. My finance and I have had unprotected sex many times after starting the pill. My next period is due on Feb. 9 th. I have been spotting very very light brown for the last four days with a small amount of red, I have not filled a tampon or anything it is that light. Can I be pregnant?
