Unprotected Sex while on birth control.

I've been taking my pill on a regular basis around the same time each day. As of the past couple weeks me and my boyfriend have been having sex without condoms because I've been taking the pill regularly. Well yesterday I noticed a slight brown discharge and today I noticed so blood on my panties. could i possible be pregnant? please help me i'm so scared.
