This happened last night. I've been on my period since Nov 12th. Last night was probably the last day of my period, but still wore a pad for good measure.

My boyfriend's penis(unprotected) tried to go inside my anus and he pulled out a good 30-60 seconds before cumming. Immediately, I used 2 disinfecting wipes to wipe my anal and vaginal entrances as well as toilet paper to wipe me dry completely.

My question I guess is due to those circumstances could I get pregnant at all, even by precum?

The anus leads into the rectum then the colon... not the womb! they arent connected!

You only get pregnant from vaginal sex. Not Anal or Oral.
