Hello,

Is there anybody who takes Hypothyroidism medication and got pregnant? I'm not taking the medicine because I'm afraid I will never get preganant.

I would really appreciate any response!
Thank you in advance!

I personally think you are doing the opposite of what you should be doing. Please discuss with your doctor.
I have had thyroid disease for 17 yrs (first hyper, now hypo). I honestly think you will have a better chance at becoming pregnant if you take the thyroid replacement meds. Thyroid meds are a hormone. Your body needs it to be somewhat normal. Good luck.

Hello there, I am 23 years old I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism 4 years ago right after my daughter was born they told me that I wouldnt be able to have another baby, or at least a healthly baby. but here it is 4 years later and I have a beautiful 1 year old son who is perfectly health. So I believe that it is possible to become pregnant and have a healthy baby on the Medication. GOOD LUCK... Smile
