I would like to find out if there is a link between oral sex and upper respiratory infections. I notice that in the past year or so my husband and I have both had URIs within a few days of him giving me oral sex. Is it possible that he is picking up some "bad" bacteria from my vaginal area? My pap tests are normal and I always have a shower or bath before oral sex which is only in the vaginal areas.
