I have an almost constant, tightness-butterfly feeling in my upper right stomach area. It started around two month ago, about the same time I stopped smoking, coincidence? It is not usually painful I just know that it is there sometimes after eating and sometimes during work (construction) and also if i'm driving for a while it will flare up.
