Urethra pain, 14 weeks pregnant. Cant find the cause?

Hello,
I have had urethra pain for a month and half now. I have been treated for a UTI even though the test came out nagetive, then was treated for BV. Stll in pain. It seems when my bladder is full it feels better but after I pee it starts hurting again. My doctor doesn't know what to do. Is there anything I can do to ease the pain? I really would like to enjoy my pregnancy!
