After i have sex with my wife everything seems fine until i go to the toilet for urinating.i always urinate fresh blood first then the blood clears. i visited the doctors and i had an operation to check my pennis and blood test nothing suggested that i had an infection or a problem please help me what could be the problem.

I am having the same problem after having sex and its only after having sex
can someone please help me and the above poster. i dont use condoms by the way even though i should. How could of this of started please help
