| I just had my baby 4 days ago and the burning just started. I got some witch hazel pads from the doctors office but I think they burn just as much. Are there any over the counter meds that I could buy to help? Also, are you supposed to use the witch hazel pads before or after urinating?? |

Hi Dory84,
My doctor gave me those pads also. I used them after urinating. Did you have an epesiotomy? I had the burning also, but it will go away eventually. If it becomes a major issue though, go see your doctor and let him know. I do remember having burning and it went away. It hurt too when it burned. CONGRATULATIONS !!!
MANY BLESSINGS,
