Urination pain/ buring in scrotum and tip of penis

hello everyone,

I became sick recently and had the following test done. Urine test, chest xray, blood test. I had a sore throat and green mucus, sore body as well. Now the gave me an antibiotic called avelox which i started taking the day after the doctors appointment. About two days later i had burning at the tip of the penis. Three was no blood no itchiness or any discharge. I am supposed to take the medicine for ten days. Now i got the rest back from the test. They concluded that i had strep throat and my urine test was clean nothing else showed up. I have about to days left on the antibiotics and im worried b/c there are no side affects related to burning. I have had sex protected but that was weeks ago so im wondering if anyone out there has experienced something like this??????????? ANy ideas?
