I'm a 28 year old guy that needs advice with an small problem. After I pee and then go to sit down again, I leak a very small amount of urine. This is enough to sometimes cause a small wet spot on my pants. I am not sexually active so I know it can't be a STD. And after my initial stream of urine, I always "flick" it a few times. However, when I sit down, I feel some urine leaking out. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Try exercising your PC muscle regularly. This should allow you to be sure that you're entirely empty as it were.
