Urine testing for roxycontin

Hello,

I have a friend who has just been prescribed Methadone in the last month's visit to the doctor. He is also on Roxycontin for break through pain. He visited the doctor on Nov. 21 and was urine tested.

My question is this: What type urine testing do they use and how long would roxycontin stay in the body to test positive?

The reason for my question is this. I am not a user of any of these drugs. He gave me 3 Roxycontin to put aside for him and I misplaced them. Now he is blaming me that if this medication is not in his body, his doctor will not re-prescribe the medication since he is now on Methadone. So how long would it stay in the body - he had a prior prescription.
