Using Accutane for a month, no improvement

I have to say that I could not imagine I could have this much problems with a simple acne, but I just cannot get rid of it and it has been a month! I have been using Accutane but there were so improvement. Acne did reduce a bit but not completely. What should I do next? It’s facial acne and it is really annoying!

Accutane has a large variety of the effects but it is not that effective with acnes. Perhaps you should talk to your dermatologist again and in meanwhile you should be cautious about the food you eat. Perhaps you can use some antibiotics (tetracycline drugs, salicylic acid products etc). But do not take any meds on your own, consult your doctor first!
