Uteran sensations during perimenopause

I am a 48 year old female going through perimenopause and while I have the usual symptoms I still have a period each month. Lately, I have been experiencing a sensation in my uterus like a baby kicking! I am not crazy and I am not pregnant. I did however, miss this last months period but feel very heavy and full. Is this indigestion?
