VERY Swollen & worried!

last night i noticed my vagina was itchy.. before i went to bed i noticed i could feel something painful 'down there' so i checked. the right flap, where i must have scratched, was swallon and red! i went to bed thinking it would be ok in the morning because it happened to me once before a year or 2 ago.. but this morning it wass even worse.. i looked in the mirror and its very swollen all the way back to my anus and its very uncomfortable to walk.

im 19, havnt had sex or been involved in any sexual activity for about 3 or 4 months. im thinking maybe i scratched it too much and it will go down soon??????? im pretty worried..
