i have ridiculously painful nipples and like stabing pains in my breasts which have become scabbed over and the scab keeps splitting i am very large busted and wearing a bra is so painful. how can i stop it hurting and what could be causing it? its has been like this for around a week. i swim everyday and that is hurting now aswell
