Vagina smells like bologna/ seriously

For about 6 months now, I have had a strange sour odor to my skin in the morning. Also, my vagina has been slightly itchy with a very odd odor that smells like salty bologna. I do not have std's have been tested twice. Could this be something leaking from my intestines? It's very, very strange. Even my daughter can smell it when we are watching t.v.
please help with suggestions.............thank you.....vaginal exam was perfect with doctor.....

Hi there,

You may have a yeast infection. They are very common in women. They can spread to the man but it is not very common. You can take some cream inside or a pill to get rid of it. I had one before and it took me 7 days to get rid of it!

You can go to any drug store to buy the kits. Good luck!
