This morning I noticed vaginal bleeding and this time it's bright red. You can see it when you whipe. I understand what implantation bleeding since I had that last week which was light brown.

Yesterday I have bleeding bowle movements could this be a contribute it.

I went to the Dr and had an ultrasound I'm about 5 weeks and we saw a small heart beat. Should I be alarmed?

Bleeding bowel movements are usually a sign of something in the rectum such as hemorroids. As far as an ultrasound at 5 weeks, I haven't heard of this before but that doesn't make it impossible, but perhaps you are further along than you think. Most women I talk to, the doctors don't find anything at all at 5 weeks, and they have to wait till 7-9 weeks to see a heartbeat.
