Vaginal Pinch during Menstruation

I started bc on Feb 7th and ran out of bc pills on March 6th (couldn't afford the physical). My period was 7-9 days late according to calculation. I finally started bleeding. I have not had cramps, instead, I've had backpains and a pinch in my vaginal opening. I called the nurse and she recommended I go visit, but I am tight on money. Anyone heard of this before?
