4 years ago I had few Vaginal bleeding after bowel movement. Then it was gone . It caused lower abdominal discomfort. I went to see a gyneacologist the following day . The doctor could not find anything and there was no blood. After one year I encountered the same problem, went to see another gynea doctor and he too could not find anything but an 2 inches water cyst. The bleeding too stopped after two or three times. Yesterday it came back. I saw blood inside the toilet bowl after urinating and that I may be having my menstruation. I am having lower abdominal discomfort and feeling of bloatedness. The blood only came thru the viginal when there is pressure on bowel movement or urination. Sometimes there were no blood . I appreciate your advice.
