| I've noticed a vaginal discharge of a tissue-like substance that is clear with dots of blood in it, it looks like a piece of slimmy skin. This has only happened twice, the first time was during intercourse, I was expecting my period soon and i figured that it was some kind of urtus lining or something. and the second time happened a day after intercourse when i just began my period. So is this stuff normal or should I be worried? |

| Hi, I am an 18 year old who has never been sexually active and was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I underwent treatment (glucophage) prescribed by an endocrinologist, but after a few months of fighting the nausea and dizziness from the Glucophage, I stopped taking it. At the same time, I quit seeing that endocrinologist because she seemed so sure of her diagnosis that she never ran any tests on me. Lately I have noticed a new problem that which I believe it is not related with PCOS. Like every week or so I have a tissue-like discharge when I urinate. It is a brownish color. It is much like the tissue that discharges with normal menstruation. However, it is clear and little brown, which I suppose it is blood. I am very worried. I searched on the net and only thing I found is that is possibly due to a high level of progesterone and a low level of androstenedione in the cervix hormone receptors. I will ask for professional help I thin you should do it too. I think that our problems are related, but again you had sex, so maybe it isn’t. |

| I too have experienced a fleshy discharge. It resembles a deflated flesh balloon and is about 6 inches long. I have been menstruating for 45 days and been on birth control pills for 30. I have a history of on again, off again ovarian cysts. Any one know what this could be? |
