One question, can a varicocele create symptoms similar to ED? I was diagnosed with a varicocele around June and since that time I have also experienced some side effects when having sex with my girlfriend. For example, I used to be able to get completely erect with no problem after ejaculating the first time and 'ready for another round', however ever since I've been diagnosed I haven't been able to sustain a full erection after that time. Thoughts?
