Hello. I'm 34 year old female and for always I had problems with my
body weight. Just recently, a friend talked me in to become a vegetarian. I have read a lot about this before and I was convinced that this will make my life just more rich and healthy. So, I've agreed.
Beside this, I have heard that this also can affect people with weight problem and make them loose some weight.
I'm waiting to see results. Beside that, I would like to hear more about possible vegetarian diets. Do these things even exist?
If someone knows more about this- feel free to share it with the
rest of us!
