Vertical Ceal! left testical not rising to the top??

Dear Sir/Maddam

When having sex, i held of from orgasaming and think i may have exploded a testical or something?? for over a month now my left testical is no longer rising properly when arroused. my right one moves normally where as the left one!! it feels like there is something stopping the left testical from rising to the top?? my local doc tolled me it may be a Vertical Ceal, but he reffered me to a urolagist for definat answeres and treatment.. They are booked out till April 2008.... What is Vertical Ceal?? what do i do to make it better, or treat it??
