Vertigo

Hello I am 16 years old and have been experiencing Vertigo for 4 years now. It all happened back when I was in grade 7, I went on a ski trip with my school it was my first time skiing. When I was going up the T-bar I fell off and the next one hit me in the head as I was getting up. Everything was fine at the moment untill the bus ride back. I fell asleep on the bus and when I woke up it was already dark outside I started getting really dizzy from all the street lights. Ever since then I have been getting dizzy from light and sometimes sound. Im having a hard time dealing with this in school because I can only stay in class until I get to the point where im almost going to pass out. I havent gone shopping or out anywhere since this has happened because I feel dizzy, feel like im on an angle and sometimes like things are spinning. I have gone to doctors, specialists, hospital, got M.R.I's, blood tests x-rays... lots of stuff and they told me its anxiety, somehow I don't believe this. Symptoms I get when I get dizzy is like a pinching in my neck and I can feel like the blood is having a hard time pumping from my neck to my brain. I have heard of this medication called gravel but my mom is based on all natural stuff. Is there any good medication that wont affect my kidneys because im not sure how much longer I can deal with this vertigo. Thankyou
