Hello. I'm woman in my late 30s and I can't believe that this is happening to me. I believe I'm experiencing some menopause symptoms but in a same time I know this couldn’t be possible.
About a month ago I started to suffer from severe strong headaches and night sweats. I didn’t pay too much attention on it because earlier, I suffered also from these headaches.
But when I noticed some mood swings and hot flashes I started to think about all possible causes and always I came on one possible solution-menopause. Please tell me that this couldn’t be! I'm still having my periods regularly!

Hello. I have read your post and really decided to help you because I see you are a bit worried. You see, you must understand that this menopause issue is highly individual process and every woman has her own symptoms and her own beginning time.
It could be in your late 30s or when you were 60 yrs old. So, believe me this is possible.
I think you are entering one period called premenopause.
It’s a period when you’re still having your menstruation but along with symptoms of menopause- hot flashes, headaches, mood swings and other…
This condition often don’t require any special treatment such as hormone replacement therapy or similar. Your doctor may prescribe you 2 aspirins daily and that’s all.
