Hi i hope someone can put my mind at ease. I have in the last two days had a spot on the base of my penis. This morning i found something that feals like a vein running from it into the sack. Althogh it is not attached to the testicles i dont know what to took for (sad i Know ) and dont know whether to visit my GP or not. Any help would be apprreciated
